Leading off the lounge is a large sunny conservatory with the most lovely panoramic views over the river to the Brecon Beacons.

DOWNSTAIRS bedroom with twin beds, and fitted wardrobe. Up comfortable stairs to four double bedrooms again with fitted wardrobes - the master bedroom is very spacious.

There is a bathroom with bath, hand basin and toilet. There is a further shower room with power shower, hand basin and toilet.
