There are three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Single bedroom with views to the front of the property.
Bedroom 2: Double bedroom.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom, sharing the same views as the sunroom. All are well appointed with good quality beds and firm mattresses and fitted wardrobes.

Well equipped spacious kitchen with fitted units ceramic hob and fan oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave. There is a large chest freezer in the garage, adjoining dining/breakfast room with oak table & chairs to seat 8 people, utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, fitted units, sink and drainers with an adjoining toilet, bathroom with bath and shower, toilet wash hand basin

Lounge with stone fireplace, wood burning stove, TV with free view satellite & DVD player. The lounge is spacious and very comfortable with a 3 piece suite, exposed beams and oak floor.

Adjoining the dining room is a large sun room with south facing view towards the highest peaks of the Brecon Beacons.

There are three bedrooms; a single bedroom and a double bedroom with views looking across the Tarell Valley and a twin bedroom with views across wooded countryside towards the peaks of Brecon Beacons.

The cottage has ample parking and a garage. The garden has an area of lawns, is safe for children, has a patio with garden furniture, BBQ and outstanding views of the mountains
